You can see your package status by visiting Orders History
1.If the shipping information has not been updated, please wait patiently since the shipping company needs time to update
2. If the status of your order shows delivered and actually you do not get it. Then, you are suggest to check at your local post office to simply go to pick it up.
3. If you cannot find any update order status, and it has already passed the estimated delivery date, please be free to submit a refund request.
Note:If you forget your account password to login, you can Reset a new password. Or, if your order history is empty, it could be possible that you've created or logged into a different Airyclub account. You can try a different Facebook, Google+ or email address.
