You can check the status of your refund by visiting My Orders and check DETAILS. You will see the refund status on the ORDER DETAIL page.
The refund will be back into the Account Which You Used to Pay for the Order within 7-14 working days, depending on the bank processing time. If you still have trouble finding the processed refund, we suggest you contact the bank or payment provider for more information.
- If you paid using EBANX Boleto, your refund may show as one of the following:
A credit returned to your EBANX account.
A money transfer to the bank account linked to your EBANX account.
- If you use the payment method with Dlocal, our system will send you emails to ask more detail information to proceed the refund. Please check your email or spam box to reply the email we send to you, then, we will proceed the refund soon.
