2. Your orders arrived at your local post office or customs
*If the tracking information says the package is at your local post office or customs, you are suggested to directly coordinate with them.
Over delivery date:
1. If the status of your order shows the package is available for pick up, you just need to go to your local post office's facility and have it picked up.
2. If you cannot find any update with the order status, and it is already beyond the estimated delivery date, please proceed in requesting a refund. Otherwise, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
